Well folks, it is a new year! Fingers and toes are crossed that this year will be better than last year. We feel like we are back to square one. No birthmoms are lined up at this time, so it is back to the waiting game. Joni did ask us to create a photobook through shutterfly so the birthmoms would have something to look at. We already had an adoption profile with pictures and what not, but it was on a piece of paper. Not sure what difference the book makes, but if it increases our chances then we'll do it :o) I am sure it is very difficult for birthmoms to look through a book of families and make the decision to give them the gift of parenting. I hope they realize that we will be the best parents that we can be and give the child as much love as possible. Seems like everyday more and more people are becoming pregnant. I can't wait til the day that we can say, " we too are going to be parents!"
